Refund policy

At Luv Blossoms, we take utmost care to ensure that every product delivered to you is of premium quality and reaches you in perfect condition. As our products include kids’ and ladies’ wear, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards.

Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Order Cancellation
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.
Customers are requested to carefully review their product selection, size, colour, quantity, and shipping address before completing the payment.
2. No Returns for Change of Mind

Products once purchased cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for reasons including but not limited to:

Change of mind or personal preference.
Incorrect size selection by the customer.
Minor colour variations due to screen resolution, photography lighting, or device display settings.
Dislike of the product’s design, fit, appearance, or expectation differences.

We strongly recommend customers to carefully review the product description, measurements, size details, and product images before placing their order.

3. Eligible Cases for Return/Replacement

Return or replacement requests will be considered only under the following circumstances:

The customer receives a damaged product.
The customer receives a defective product.
The customer receives an incorrect item that is different from the order placed.
4. Reporting a Return/Replacement Request

Any issue regarding the order must be reported within 48 hours of successful delivery.

The customer must provide:

Clear photographs clearly showing the issue.
A clear and continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened, without any cuts, pauses, edits, or interruptions, clearly showing the outer package, product, and the issue identified.

Requests submitted without a proper unedited unboxing video, adequate evidence, or after the 48-hour reporting period may not be accepted.

5. Product Condition for Approval

For a return or replacement request to be approved:

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging must be intact.

Products that are used, washed, altered, damaged due to customer handling, or returned without original tags, labels, or original packaging will not be eligible for any return, replacement, or refund.

6. Return Verification, Replacement & Refund
Once the returned product is received, our quality team will inspect and verify the claim.
If the claim is approved and the same product is available, a replacement will be provided.
If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be processed through the original mode of payment, at the sole discretion of Luv Blossoms.
Approved refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.

Luv Blossoms reserves the right to update, modify, or amend this Refund & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
