A product being tight, loose, short, long, or otherwise not fitting as personally expected shall not be treated as a product defect.
Size exchanges are subject to the conditions in our Exchange, Return & Refund Policy.
4. ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed, cancellation or modification is not permitted.
LUV BLOSSOMS reserves the right to accept, refuse, or cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing or technical errors, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other reasonable business or legal requirement.
If LUV BLOSSOMS cannot fulfil or cancels an order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative product, store credit, or a discount code with your agreement. Any refund required by applicable law will be processed accordingly.

The price applicable to an order shall be the price displayed and confirmed at the time of purchase, subject to correction of genuine pricing, technical, or system errors.

We shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, government restrictions, incorrect customer information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. EXCHANGES, RETURNS & DAMAGED PRODUCTS
All exchanges, returns, and refunds are governed by our Exchange, Return & Refund Policy.
We do not offer monetary refunds, except where required by applicable law. Approved returns are resolved through replacement, exchange, store credit, or a discount code.
Customers should record a continuous, unedited parcel-opening video as described in our policy.
Size-exchange, damaged, defective, or wrong-item requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery through WhatsApp and email, as specified in our Exchange, Return & Refund Policy.
Any request shall be subject to verification and approval in accordance with our published policy and applicable law.
