Returns & Refund Policy
At LUV BLOSSOMS, every product is carefully checked before dispatch. Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products, subject to the conditions below.
🎥 UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY
A continuous, unedited parcel-opening video is mandatory.
The video must clearly show the sealed parcel being opened and the product being inspected. The damage or defect must be clearly visible in the same video.
Edited, paused, incomplete, or videos recorded after opening the parcel will not be accepted.
📲 REPORTING A DAMAGED PRODUCT
Any damage or defect must be reported on the same day of delivery via WhatsApp only.
